What it is

Highly diluted botulinum toxin, injected in tiny superficial droplets across a wide area rather than into individual muscles. It softens fine crepe lines, refines pore appearance and reduces oiliness, without freezing the larger movements of your face.

Who it's for

Guests with fine textural lines, enlarged pores or oily skin who want a subtle refinement rather than a change to their expression. It pairs well with traditional Botox rather than replacing it for stronger dynamic lines.

What happens at your appointment

Topical numbing cream for around 20 minutes, then a grid of micro-injections across the treatment area using a fine needle. Sessions usually run 20–30 minutes depending on the area covered.

Results & recovery

Small superficial bumps settle within an hour. Texture improvement builds over 1–2 weeks and typically lasts 8–12 weeks, shorter than deep-muscle Botox because of the smaller dose per point.

How is Mesobotox different from regular Botox?
Regular Botox targets specific muscles with a larger dose to stop a movement. Mesobotox spreads a much smaller amount superficially across a wider area to soften texture, not stop movement.
Will it freeze my expression?
No — the dose per point is too small and too superficial to affect the muscles that control movement. That's the point of the technique.
What does it actually improve?
Fine crepe-paper lines, visible pore size, and oily shine. It's a skin-quality treatment rather than a wrinkle-relaxing one.
Does it hurt?
Topical anaesthetic sits on the skin for about 20 minutes beforehand. Most guests find the multiple micro-injections more of a repetitive prickle than sharp pain.
How long does the appointment take?
20 to 30 minutes including numbing time, depending on how much of the face is treated.
How long do results last?
Typically 8–12 weeks — shorter than deep Botox, since a much smaller dose is placed at each point.
Is there any downtime?

Can it be combined with regular Botox?

Is it safe for first-time Botox patients?
Yes — the low, superficial dose makes it a gentle introduction to botulinum toxin treatments for guests nervous about looking frozen.
Can I wear makeup afterward?
Once the small bumps settle, usually within an hour, makeup is fine.
What should I avoid beforehand?
The same precautions as regular Botox — avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medication for 24–48 hours if possible, to limit bruising.
Does it help with pigmentation or redness?

Is it painful compared to a facial?
