Eyes Mesotherapy

A gentle, low-volume treatment for the thinnest skin on your face — hydration and drainage support rather than volume.

20–30 min · Minimal downtime
Eye mesotherapy treatment being applied around the under-eye area

What it is

A precise, low-volume mesotherapy cocktail — typically hydrating hyaluronic acid alongside vitamins and peptides — delivered just under the skin around the eye with controlled micro-needling depth, avoiding the deeper injections used elsewhere on the face.

Who it's for

Guests with fine dehydration lines, dullness or mild puffiness around the eyes who aren't ready for (or don't need) a surgical or filler-based approach. Not suitable during active eye infection or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.

What happens at your appointment

A brief assessment of your under-eye area, then careful, shallow micro-injections placed to avoid the eye's blood vessels. We finish with a lymphatic-drainage technique to help limit puffiness afterward.

Results & recovery

Some immediate hydration is visible, with fuller improvement over 1–2 weeks as the product settles. Minor puffiness for a day or two is normal; bruising is possible given how thin the skin is in this area.

Questions

Eyes Mesotherapy — frequently asked

Twenty answers written by our physicians.

Is it safe around such delicate skin?
Yes, with cannula-free micro-needling depth control and a lymphatic-drainage aftercare protocol specifically to limit puffiness in this thin-skinned area.
What does it actually treat?
Fine dehydration lines, crepiness and dullness under the eyes. It's a skin-quality treatment, not a way to remove under-eye bags or hollows — those need filler or a surgical assessment instead.
Does it hurt?
The area is sensitive, so most guests feel a series of small pinches. Numbing cream is used, and the needles are far finer than standard injections.
Will I bruise?
It's possible — the skin here is thin and vascular. Small bruises usually resolve within a week and can be concealed with makeup once the skin has closed.
How long does the appointment take?
Around 20 to 30 minutes including numbing time and the lymphatic-drainage finish.
How soon will I see results?
Some hydration is visible immediately, with the fuller improvement in texture appearing over one to two weeks.
How long do results last?
Typically 2–3 months per session, depending on skin condition and how quickly you metabolise the product.
Can this replace under-eye filler?
No — mesotherapy improves skin quality and hydration, while filler adds volume to a hollow. Many guests use both together depending on what the under-eye area needs.
Is there downtime?
Mild puffiness for a day or two is normal. Most guests return to normal activities and makeup the same day, once any bumps settle.
What's in the injection?
Typically non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid for hydration, alongside vitamins, peptides or antioxidants chosen for skin quality rather than volume.
Can it help with dark circles?
It can improve the appearance of dullness and dehydration that contribute to shadowing, but pigmented dark circles need a different approach, which we'll discuss at consultation.
How many sessions will I need?
A course of 3 sessions, roughly a month apart, is typical for a first round, followed by maintenance every few months.
Who performs the treatment?
Only physicians and specialist nurses trained specifically in periocular anatomy — this is one of the more technique-sensitive areas we treat.
Can I wear makeup afterward?
Usually the same day, once any small bumps from the injections have settled, typically within a few hours.
Is it suitable for very sensitive skin?
Generally yes, since the products used are chosen for hydration and are well tolerated, but we discuss any known sensitivities at consultation first.
Will it help with puffiness?
The lymphatic-drainage technique used immediately after injection is specifically aimed at limiting puffiness, though persistent puffiness from fluid retention or fat pads may need a different assessment.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes — it's often paired with Botox or Mesobotox for the surrounding area, or skin boosters for the rest of the face, in the same visit.
What should I avoid beforehand?
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medication for 24–48 hours where possible, since this area bruises more easily than most.
Is this the same as regular skin boosters?
It's a related technique adapted specifically for the eye area — shallower, lower volume and finished with drainage massage that isn't part of a standard skin booster session elsewhere on the face.
At what age should I consider this?
There's no fixed age — it depends on when fine lines or dehydration start showing under the eyes, which varies by skin type and lifestyle.
